Glenn Grant is the author of the book Compound Wealth and an avid real estate developer and new home designer & builder. He is a licensed General Contractor in both California & Arizona. He has been building & designing homes while also investing in real estate for 21 years.

He has been licensed as a California Real Estate Agent and also as an NMLS licensed Mortgage Loan officer. His diverse background gives him a unique understanding of how to design and build homes for people looking for quality construction. He has completed many room additions, complete home make over’s, commercial office rehabs and ground up new home design & construction of single family properties.

His understanding of the capital markets and how to drive above average market returns for his investors dates back to 1998 when he started his firm Equity Link Advisors, a boutique investment banking concern with a focus in corporate finance for early stage startups and working with high net worth investors. He is a frequent speaker as he educates people on how to invest in real estate using his Build & Flip model and leveraging the use of “Compounding.”
