He has been building & designing homes while also investing in real estate for 21 years. His diverse background gives him a unique understanding of how to design and build homes for people looking for quality construction. He has completed many room additions, complete home make over’s, commercial office rehabs and ground up new home design & construction of single family properties.

Garrett is a valuable resource and works on a daily basis to make sure our new home construction projects go smoothly. He is a liaison between our subcontractors and the homeowners who look for a professional project management of their new home build.
