What to Expect: Each Step

Planning & Design

Establishing your personal new home project requirements and conduct a feasibility study. Estimating cost per square foot. Premier Homes Construction coordinates design development, document submission, cost evaluation and optimization, and adherence to regulatory compliances.

The Shell and Core Construction Phase

Laying foundation by excavating specified depths, placing concrete, and waterproofing by code. Preparing for and passing inspections. Framing, roofing, windows, and exterior. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire protection systems. Installing insulation, soundproofing, and drywall.

Permits, Approvals, & Site Preparation

Submitting building compliance documents for grading, MEP, HOA, and EPA permit approvals. Surveying boundaries and staking property benchmarks.

Interior & Exterior Finishes

Priming, painting, and texturing walls complete with millworker & trim as crown molding, stair railings, and baseboards. Installing cabinetry and countertops. Flooring in the form of tile, carpet, and hardwood. Plumbing, lighting, and appliance fixtures. Exterior landscaping, driveways, flatwork, painting, and sealing.

Inspection Approval, Final Documents, & Moving In

Confirming code compliances. Reviewing warranties and manuals. Handing over the garage door openers, door keys, and smart home login.
